Capital Home Inspection is a registered supplier for the Integrated Relocation Program (IRP) administered by Brookfield Global Relocation Services (Brookfield GRS). The program administers employee re-locations for the Government of Canada, the Canadian Forces and the RCMP.
Stephen Clayton brings to these inspections his many years of experience as an award-winning custom home builder and renovator as well as the in-depth practical knowledge and expertise gained through more than 20 years of inspecting all types of properties in the National Capital Region. The inspection which takes between two and three hours is intended to provide the client with information regarding the condition of the readily accessible systems and components of the home including: Roof; Exterior; Structure; Electrical; Heating; Plumbing; Insulation and Interior. Any significant issues that would affect the buying decision will be identified as well as maintenance and safety issues.
The purchaser will receive an extensive electronic inspection report with photographs, colour illustrations and reference materials in an easy-to-read, easy-to-understand format. When possible, buyers are encouraged to attend the inspection to learn more about the house firsthand as well as to ask any questions.
